Registration

Reserving your child’s space requires a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee (CWELCC reduced to $18.90) as well as your last month (June) fee paid in advance. If you withdraw before the end of the school year, and give 30 days notice we will apply your last month deposit to your last fee. If less than 30 days notice given, your last month deposit is kept in lieu of notice. Any cancellations over the summer when we are closed your last month deposit is non-refundable. 

Billing and Childcare Software

St. John’s has partnered with Kindertales as our childcare management software. All families will be sent an activation link to set up their account.  All billing and communication will be through the Kindertales app. 

Days and Hours of Operation

St. John’s Christian Nursery School operates September to June. (Closed July and August)  We open the Wednesday after the labour day weekend.  

We close for 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at March Break, and all stat holidays including Easter Monday.  There is no discount in fees for any absences including our Christmas and March break closures.
