If your child is unable to attend St. John’s Nursery School, please fill out this form:

NOTE: If your child has a fever they must remain home until they are fever free for a full 24 hours.  One bout of enteric (diarrhea/vomiting) your child must stay home until they are clear of symptoms for 48 hours.  Coughs/colds etc are 24 hours.  Any other illnesses, someone from the office will reach out regarding the exclusion requirement.
